Cadet Students (Must have completed Achievement 1 – Curry) – $275

Forms
Please ensure all forms are signed in order for your application to be considered complete. On CAPF 60-81, signatures are required from the cadet applicant, parent/guardian, and squadron commander. Typed signatures will not be accepted.
Please attach your completed documents as requested below in an email to Encampment.Admin@wywg.cap.gov and encampment@wywg.cap.gov. Please use the following format “LastNameFirstName – NameofForm”, for example, EarhartAmelia – Encampment. If you need to upload separate pages add “PageNumber” after the form name. For example, EarhartAmelia – EncampmentPage1, EarhartAmelia – EncampmentPage2, EarhartAmelia – EncampmentPage3.
Adobe Acrobat (pdf format, can be downloaded for free via the internet) and MS Word (or equivalent) are preferred (even photos of forms can be converted to pdf format). All forms and documents can be found at the Wyoming Wing Encampment Page (https://wywg.cap.gov/encampment/) and all documents must be sent to our email addresses (Encampment.Admin@wywg.cap.gov and Encampment@wywg.cap.gov) by the application deadline or mail it to us:

Students will receive confirmation of attendance as soon as the paperwork is complete and processed. Please ensure all forms are signed in order for your application to be considered complete. On CAPF 60-81, signatures are required from the cadet applicant, parent/guardian, and squadron commander. Parent(s)/guardian(s) signatures are also required on CAPF 160 and CAPF 163. Typed signatures will not be accepted. We work on a first-come, first-served basis so get your applications in as soon as possible.
